" Let me tell you a quick Force-5 story. I did a C & V survey on a sailboat. The client submitted the survey to BoatUS insurance. This was my first survey submitted to BoatUS. They called me to request my credentials. When I asked about the report, the underwriter said it was a very good and detailed report, no problems with it at all. Now, Force-5 will not do the survey or write the report. That is on the surveyor. Force-5 does however allow me to publish a professional looking report, as good as any in the industry, right off the bat. As a new surveyor starting my business, the look of my finished product is huge. Force-5 delivered."

" I bought Force 5 v6.7 in 2000 and have used it for Condition and Value (C&V) Surveys ever since. I was attracted to it by the ability to print a set of Surveyor's Notes to take on the inspection and by the feature which allowed me to save commonly used phrases for reuse so that I would not have to constantly re-type them. The program was adequate for my needs but did have some shortcomings. The new Millennium version that I purchased in January 2009 proved to be greatly improved over the original. I can now edit the the headings and reorganize the format of the report. The new version supports long file names and has a vastly improved spell checker. It also allows backup when saving. I can also email surveys as .pdf files, add a scanned signature and edit photo pages. Still on my wish list: add color to text, add a report date to each page ."

Whoa....!!
What a program, 5 hours later my first one. Much easier to use and print. Great program details. I'm an open the box first and ask questions later kind of person! Thanks for all your help,good job.
